During a first phone contact, we define with you the profile that you are looking for : qualifications, experience, IT knowledge, linguistic skills…

If you wish, we can also organize an appointment with our Director in your offices, so that you can provide him with all information and technical documents about the job.

Following this first step, we spread the job offer (mailing, Internet) and we look for available candidates through several search channels (internal and external databases).

The selection process happens as follows :

  • CV analysis
  • Reference check
  • Personalized interview
  • Tests on request (reasoning test, personality test, psychological test)

 

Then we send you by e-mail the Curriculum Vitaes that suit the best your specific needs.

At any moment, you can redefine the profile that you are looking for, add specific skills and specify certain points so that the CVs that we send you are in perfect adequation with the job.

If the selected candidates fit your criteria, we organize an appointment in your offices with them and our Director. This will enable you to ask candidates all information you need and to explain them the kind of work that they will be asked to do.

If you finally decide not to select the candidate, we will send you other applications. If, on the contrary, the candidate suits your expectations, we will do the necessary in the best delays.
